The yoga retreat will be hosted in a beautifully appointed house that perfectly blends comfort with the serene spirit of nature.

The house features five elegantly designed rooms, each outfitted with its own private bathroom, ensuring personal space and convenience for all guests. Two of the rooms are furnished with two separate beds, ideal for individuals or those who are attending the retreat with friends. The other three rooms boast king-size beds, offering a cozy retreat for couples or close friends who wish to share a space. Each room is decorated to reflect the calming essence of the retreat, with natural light filling the spaces to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.

This house promises a restful stay, providing a private, peaceful haven where every detail is geared towards nurturing relaxation and wellness.

My name is Kristina, heart and soul behind the Qi Sanctuary Yoga Retreat.

I am a medical doctor, Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner, and an Ayurvedic nutritionist, also a certified Yoga Teacher with a 200-hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training. More importantly, I am a human, deeply attuned to the stories and struggles shared with me, both trivial and profound. These experiences have inspired this very special yoga retreat.

My name is Melissa. Yoga teacher based in Berlin, currently in the process of becoming a psychotherapist after graduating from clinical psychology.

I certified from a YTT in India which was influenced by Ashtanga and Hatha-Yoga although I rather try to be oriented towards the individual than strictly following a certain dogma or style. Bodies and needs are different and we want to respect that.
